Spike's Fine Swine Barbecue is a family owned and operated business. We have catered events from graduation parties, retirement parties, your every day cook out to weddings. We take pride in our work here and want to bring the highest quality food to you at the lowest price. The staff includes myself Spike Young, head chef. Suzette Young my wife who helps and encourages me to pursue my dream of running this business and assist in the preparation, my daughter Alyson Arrington, she maintains the calendar, answers any questions you may have and also maintains the website.  We all work together in preparing the food for your event. We are highly proud in how far we have come and how far we will go.
